Finnish summer is very vibrant and colorful, especially when lupin flowers decorate the roadside and fields. Chao often likes to play with these wild flowers with childlike joy and recomposes them to create her own imaginary flower.
Inspired by the summer flowers, she named the collection NUPPU (means sprout in Finnish), which well describes the lovely forms and sweetness in the designs.
